These Terms of Service govern your use of the Chrysomare Beach Hotel & Resort website and any bookings made through it. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

“Hotel” refers to Chrysomare Beach Hotel & Resort, operated by A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Limited “Guest” refers to any person making a reservation. “Website” refers to all pages of this domain.

2. Reservations and Booking

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from the Hotel. Verbal confirmations do not constitute binding agreements.

2.2 Guest Information

Guests must provide accurate personal information. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age and must be present at check-in.

2.3 Room Availability

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control.

2.4 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l), accommodation services booked for a specific date are exempt from the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that no right of withdrawal applies. Cancellation is governed solely by the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices

All prices displayed on this website are in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices are for the total stay duration as indicated.

3.2 Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified in the rate terms. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, EPS, Bancontact, Przelewy24, Revolut Pay, MobilePay, Satispay, Multibanco, Alipay, and cryptocurrency (via CryptAPI).

SEPA Direct Debit payments require up to 6 business days for bank confirmation. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing. Multibanco vouchers must be paid within 3 days of issuance.

3.3 Best Direct Rate

We strive to offer the best available rate when you book directly on our website. If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same room, dates, and conditions on another website within 24 hours of booking, contact us at reservations@tsokkos.com and we will review your claim. This does not apply to flash sales, promotional codes, loyalty programme rates, or group/package bookings.

3.4 Cryptocurrency Payments

We accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other supported coins) via CryptAPI. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile — the EUR equivalent is determined at the time of payment confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations after payment are not refundable. Transaction fees (network/gas fees) are borne by the guest.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by rate plan and are clearly stated at the time of booking. The applicable cancellation policy is shown on your booking confirmation email. In general:

  • Flexible rates: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
  • Non-refundable rates: no refund upon cancellation
  • No-shows: the full booking amount may be charged

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 15:00 (3:00 PM)
  • Check-out: 11:00 (11:00 AM)
  • Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charge
  • Valid photo ID is required at check-in

6. Hotel Rules

  • Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property
  • The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or ask guests to leave if they breach Hotel rules or disturb other guests

7. Liability

The Hotel’s liability to guests is limited to the cost of the accommodation. We are not liable for: loss of personal belongings (unless due to proven Hotel negligence), circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larnaca District, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the guest’s country of residence under EU Regulation 1215/2012 (Brussels Ia).
